If for any reason you are unable to participate in the given Get Fit Live Fit Group Training Session, we will gladly offer you a credit towards a future session. All sales of Online Training Programs are final upon download.

    Lacamas Lake Run/Walk Registrations are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Fit Right NW’s free shipping/free return offer is available only to orders shipped to street addresses within the 48 contiguous states. Orders shipped to a Post Office (P.O.) Box, or Alaska and or Hawaii are not eligible for the free shipping/free returns offer.

Sorry, but we cannot accept orders shipping to addresses outside the United States.

Returns for Online Purchases

Fit Right NW wants you to be completely satisfied with everything that we offer.

Product must be returned in its original package without any visible signs of wear and tear. Returned products that show signs of significant wear will be returned to you without a refund.

Return shipping for orders received within the contiguous United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii or PO Boxes) is free. A complimentary UPS Ground return label is placed in every package shipped to an address within the continental United States. The return label is good for 30 days from the original invoice date. Please allow 7-10 working days for the shipment to be received and processed at our warehouse.

To prepare your domestic return shipment:

 

  1. Fill out the enclosed "Return Shipping and Exchange Information" form included with your order and indicate if whether you would like an exchange or refund.
  2. Place the items you would like to return, along with a copy of the "Return Shipping and Exchange Information" form, back into the original shipping box or the provided soft pack provided.
  3. Securely tape your shipment closed.
  4. Attach the enclosed UPS return label that was included with your order to the outside of the box or soft pack.
  5. Write down the return label shipping number for future reference.

 

To ship your domestic return back to Fit Right NW:

Drop off the box at any authorized UPS Service Station or UPS retailer. To find the UPS Service Station closest to you, click here. You can also return your shipment by handing your package to a UPS driver. Please allow 7-10 working days for the shipment to be received and processed at our warehouse.

Shoes

  • All shoes must be returned in new condition and in their original box. You are welcome to try on the shoes to ensure proper fit, but on a clean, carpeted surface while examining their fit to maintain their new condition.
  • Please use the manufacturer’s box the shoes were shipped in to return shoes. Do not place any shipping labels or tape directly on the original manufacturer's shoe box.

Clothing

  • All clothing must be returned unwashed and unstained with the original tags still attached.
  • Clothing that has been worn and/or washed, cannot be exchanged or returned.

Other Items

  • Shrink-wrapped product must be returned with the wrap still sealed.

Defective Product for Online and In-Store Purchases

Fit Right NW wants you to be completely satisfied with everything that we offer.

Defective products may be returned to Fit Right NW within 30 days of your order date using the UPS return shipping label enclosed with your order. Please indicate whether you would like a refund or a replacement.

Product must be returned in its original package without any visible signs of wear and tear. Returned products that show signs of significant wear will be returned to you without a refund.

Product Exchange Policy for In-Store Purchases Only (no online)

Fit Right NW wants you to be completely satisfied with everything that we offer.

Retail store purchases

No cash-back refunds. All products purchased at manufacturer’s suggested retail price may be returned within 30 days of the purchase date for exchange or store credit. Products with manufacturing defects may be exchanged within 60 days of purchase. Products must be returned in the original package without any visible signs of wear and tear.

No refunds or exchanges on opened food/nutrition products.

All clearance sales are final!
